O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the enquiry conducted on 22.01.2018, wherein a request was made by the petitioner to restore the joint patta in S.F.No.135/1 Nattathi Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has given a representation seeking for restoration of the joint patta in respect of the property comprised in S.F.No.135/1 Nattathi Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. The said representation has not been considered till date. In such circumstances, he has filed this Writ Petition. 3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if final orders are passed pursuant to the enquiry conducted on 22.01.2018 on the petitioner's representation.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated based on the enquiry conducted on 22.01.2018 seeking for restoration of joint patta in S.F.No.135/1 Nattathi Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8765 of 2022 affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting him the right of personal hearing.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
