PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.9 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 13,14(1),15 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act 2012, Section 67(A), 67(B) of Information Technology Act,2000 in crime No.09 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail petition and the earlier bail was dismissed by this Court on 12.05.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 6730 of 2021.

3. It is seen from the submissions made that the forensic report not yet received and the investigation is still in the preliminary stage.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
