********** [Order of the Court was made BY The Hon'ble The Chief Justice] The grievance of the petitioner is against converting the residential property into a place of worship, without permission bearing Door No.2-157, comprised in Re-Survey No.572/3A1, of Cherkol Village Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that conversion has not been permitted and a vigil has been maintained to ensure that the premises are not used as a place of worship, without permission.

3. We take the aforesaid stand on record and the respondents shall remain bound by it.
