Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4621 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is a coolie, he is not able to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in condition No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4621 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023 is deleted. All other https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5878 of 2023 conditions in the said order dated 13.03.2023 shall remain unaltered.
