(CRIME NO. 273 OF 2020) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.6726 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioners by order dated 09.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.3903 of 2020 complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
