Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to monitor and control the district level chess associations for conducting FIDE rated chess tournaments by framing permanent rules for the powers of the Tournament Organizers and the Chief Arbiter of the tournaments based on the petitioner's representation dated 30/09/2015 within the period stipulated by this Court.
