This petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.03.2016, and to file a final report, within the period stipulated by this Court.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 08.03.2016 by the petitioner, petition enquiry was

conducted and the same was closed on 01.04.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
