ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, to number the private complaint lodged by the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, and the same was returned as 'No document related to the case'. The petitioner has already enclosed 11 documents along with his petition, but the trial Court has not considered the same and returned his petition as 'No document related to the case'.
3. This Court perused the materials available.
4. The learned Magistrate has not given a specific defects, when the petitioner produced 11 documents. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, to receive the complaint of the petitioner and thereafter, either to pass appropriate orders or return the same by citing specific defects.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
