O R D E R

The writ petitioner has made an application for surveying the petitioner's property based on patta mutated in the name of the petitioner.

2.The petitioner had made an application on 30.05.2023 and since no steps were taken to conduct survey, the petitioner moved this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24130 of 2023. By order dated 05.10.2023, the Writ Petition was disposed of, directing the survey to be conducted subject to certain conditions. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that, despite the said order, the respondents have not come forward to conduct survey. Therefore, the petitioner gave a representation on 16.12.2024. Now the petitioner only seeks for expeditious disposal of the said representation. 3.Considering the fact that this Court had already permitted the survey to go on even as early as by order dated 2/5

05.10.2023, the respondents 2 and 3 shall proceed to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 30.05.2023, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
