ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.02.2016 and investigate into the matter in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 24.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.03.2016.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
