ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to apply and participate in the upcoming PG NEET Examination to be conducted by the 2nd Respondent for the Academic Session 2021-2022, by considering the representation of the Petitioner, dated 19.05.2021.

Heard M/s.Jeyamohan, the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Jeyasingh, the Learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, Mr.V.P.Raman, the Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, M/s.Subharanjani, the Learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent and perused the material documents available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that, pending writ petition, the respondents have admitted the petitioner to participate in the examination based on the interim order passed by this Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition is closed. No Costs.
