This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Prabha, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.67 of 2013.

4. Hence, the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during enquiry, they shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an F.I.R and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
