Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent herein in A A. Thi.Mu.No. 2263/A1/15 dated 26.05.2015, quash the same, and futher Direct the 4th respondent herein to approve forthwith the appointment of K.Muniyandi as Sweeper-cum Scavenger (Full time) from 11.05.2015 in the petitioner-school with salary and other attendant benefits.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to challenge G.O.Ms.No.115 (School Education Department) dated 30.05.2007. He has also made an endorsement to that effect apart from submitting a letter dated 16.11.2015 seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petitions. 2.

In view of the above, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the afore-said G.O in the manner known to law. No costs.
