This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.692 of 2022 and during the course of investigation, it was found that the issue is purely money transaction and accordingly the parties were advised to approach the concerned Civil Court to redress their remedy, thereby, it was closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly. this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
