Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C. in Crime No.28 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State and the learned Counsel appearing for the intervenor.
3. When the cases were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that initially, these petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the Principal District Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.3561 of 2014 on 12.06.2014. Thereafter, on the application made by the prosecution that the petitioners did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, the Principal District Sessions Judge, in Crl.M.P.No.4749 of 2014, cancelled the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners on 20.01.2015. Under such circumstances, it is not open to the petitioners to file fresh applications for anticipatory bail. Hence, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
