ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.03.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on the complaint, dated 18.03.2016, given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.110 of 2015, under Sections 147,148,294(b),323, 506(ii) IPC, on 12.04.2016. The said statement is recorded.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
