Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification dated 27.08.2015 published in Dinathanthi Tamil News Daily on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent No.2 to confer permanent status to the members of the petitioner's Trade Union in the light of the Order passed by the respondent No.1 dated 03.12.2012 under the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments(Conferment of Permanent Status to workmen) Act 1981 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
