PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to release the petitioner's provident fund forthwith from her Account bearing No.TN20180/B/11618 and TN20180/B/19073 as per the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2025.

Heard Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents 3 & 4.
2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 & 4 to release her provident fund forthwith from her account bearing Nos.TN20180/B/11618 and TN20180/B/19073 as per the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, by considering her representation dated 08.02.2025.
3. This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 04.04.2025 and 07.04.2025 and the same was adjourned to today to enable the petitioner to furnish the particulars of her employer / principal employer.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for further consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the fourth respondent by submitting an additional representation furnishing all the necessary particulars and sought for a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 fairly submitted that in case if the petitioner furnishes all the necessary particulars, the fourth respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
6. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation furnishing all the necessary particulars to the fourth respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of
this order and on submission of such representation, the fourth respondent shall consider the same together with the representation dated 08.02.2025 already submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a further period of six weeks from the date of submission of such representation. No costs.
