PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents no. 1 & 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and the property comprised in Town Survey No.558, Ward No.1, Block-5C, to an extent of 652 1⁄2 sq.ft. situated at Middle Street, Palani Town, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and the property comprised in Town Survey No.558, Ward No.1, Block-5C, to an extent of 652 1⁄2 sq.ft. situated at Middle Street, Palani Town, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
