This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 20.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
