Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd respondent to produce the person or corpus of the petitioner's wife namely, Sujatha, (aged about 32 years) before this Court and set her at liberty and also direct to produce the person or corpus of the petitioner's son namely, Subramanian (aged about 7 years) and handed over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The petitioner has moved the present petition seeking production of his wife viz., Sujatha, and his son namely, Subramanian.

2.Petitioner's wife as also his son have appeared before us. She informs that her relatives has helped in setting up house at Chennai and on information over phone by the 2nd respondent she appeared before this Court on her own. She states that she does not wish to resume the matrimonial bond with the petitioner. She informed her address at Chennai for communication as Sujatha, CSI Street, Annai Indira Nagar, Vonangar Pudur, Chennai. Such position https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is informed to the petitioner. The petitioner shall work out his right before appropriate forum.
