ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the First Information Report against the above proposed accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.11.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 20.11.2017, against the proposed accused, but so far, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the enquiry was conducted and both parties have appeared for an enquiry and made a statement that they have to seek their remedy before the Civil Court and in view of the statement given by both parties, the complaint has been closed.
