ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.21 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioners undertake to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month towards maintenance and the same will be remitted in the Bank account of the de-facto complainant. It is relevant to note that they have two children. It is true that the petitioners are the in-laws of the defacto complainant. This is only an interim arrangement. It is for the parties to workout their other rights separately. 4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with common https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

6.It is made clear that if the petitioners commit breach of undertaking and there is no payment of monthly maintenance alone as agreed, this order is dismissed automatically.
