Respondents 5 to 8 in S.A.(MD) No.501 of 2007 have filed this review application to review the judgment and decree, dated 30.06.2017 allowing the appeal and decreeing the suit filed by respondents 1 to 4 in this application. The suit pertains to right of pathway as between neighbours.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the review applicants/respondents 5 to 8. The learned counsel's line of argument requires a re-consideration on the merit of the appreciation of evidences and does not involve any error apparent on the face of the record. Hence, this Court does not consider that
