Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in so far as regarding the version that, "The above concession of sanction of notional increment shall take prospective effect from the date of issue of this order" stated in para 3 of G.O.M.S.No.311 Finance (CMPC) Department dt.31.12.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pass order granting time scale of pay increment to the petitioner for the period from 01.07.2005 to 30.06.2006 with all benefits in accordance with the recommendation of the VI Pay Commission and in accordance with the order dt.03.08.2011 in W.P.No.22589 of 2010.
