ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.02.2023 to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2023.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though this petitioner also several major injuries on his cheek and knee and on that basis counter case has been registered. But, so far the complaint is kept pending.

3. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by following the due process and proceed in accordance with law.
