The learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that since there was an observation by the learned Single Judge that the Government can invoke its power under Section 53(A) of Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973, making direct payment, the aforesaid writ appeals were filed and interim order was obtained. But after efflux of time, the School Committee has been recognized by the Government by order dated 30.01.2023 and further more, the tenure of the School Committee itself is expired by 21.03.2023, which hardly 20 days more. Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these appeals. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above, these Writ Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court expects the parties to the proceedings shall conduct the election immediately in accordance with law and administer the School, without affecting the interest of the students. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. (G.J.,J.)
