O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The present Review Application has been filed by the second respondent in W.A.(MD)No.229 of 2019, seeking to review the order dated 26.02.2019.
2. The second respondent herein, who was employed as a Reserve Crew Conductor in the appellant Transport Corporation, was dismissed from service on 13.03.2015. The management had made an application before the authority under Section 33(2)(b) of "the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947" (hereinafter referred to as "ID Act") seeking approval. The approval was rejected by an order dated 23.08.2017. This order was put to challenge by the Transport Corporation in W.P.(MD)No. 18957 of 2018. Pending Writ Petition, the Writ Court by an order dated 31.08.2018 in W.M.P.(MD)No.16781 of 2018 had directed the Transport Corporation to pay wages under Section 17(B) of ID Act. This interim order was put to challenge by the Transport Corporation in W.A. (MD)No.229 of 2019. A co-ordinate Bench of this Court had allowed the Writ Appeal on 26.02.2019. Seeking to review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed.

3. According to the learned counsel for the workman, final orders have been passed in W.P.(MD)No.18957 of 2018 on 27.09.2022, wherein the order of punishment of dismissal from service has been modified as stoppage of increment for a period of two years without cumulative effect.
4. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Review Application.
5. As far as the request of the workman relating to the payment of wages for the disputed period is concerned, he is at liberty to workout the same in a manner known to law.
