ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking examination of a UDR correction.

2.An appeal had been filed by the petitioner on 13.11.2021 before the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram District. The issue relates to the property in UDR S.No.202/13, Natham S.No.409/2, Mela Parthibanoor Village, Paramakudi Taluk. Since the appeal is pending before the first respondent for consideration, it may not be proper for this Court to examine the facts, right of title and right of interest of the petitioner. 3.An obligation is placed to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal, which is now pending for more than one year and four months, on or before 31.08.2023, after following due process. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is stands disposed. No costs.
