Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation given to the respondent on 12.09.2015 and also to remove the encroachment in Survey Nos.80 and 81 situated at Panniyoor Village, Punniya Vayal Vattam, Avadiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District and take necessary action. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment in Survey Nos.80 and 81 situated at Panniyoor Village, Punniya Vayal Vattam, Avadiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the encroachments in the above survey numbers have already been removed. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
