O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur in Cr.M.P.No.2599 of 2016 dated 21.03.2016, enabling the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two solevent sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur.

2. It is seen that this petitioner is involved in Crime No.97 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 387 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and he was arrested and released on bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur in Crl.M.P.No.2599 of 2016 on 21.03.2016 on condition that he should execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties as Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ servants sureties. Since the petitioner is unable to procure the sureties, he has approached this Court for modification of the aforesaid

condition.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is in jail since 15.03.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his parents and wife are ready to stand their sureties.

4. In such circumstances, the above said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum cash and the sureties should be his close relatives viz., wife and parents.
