This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.73 of 2012 dated 15.05.2012 on the file of the respondent police within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. 4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
