Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by Mr.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.S.RAVI, COUNSEL ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU, first and second respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to writ of Habeas Corpus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Sanglimurugan, S/o.Selvaraj, aged about 21 years, before this Hon'ble High Court and set him at liberty from the illegal custody of the third respondent.

Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Wednesday, the Ninth day of June, Two Thousand and twenty one to the third respondents herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with;

Now take notice that you, namely R3 Selvaraj, S/o.Subbiah @ Kutti, 128/2, South Street, Ellapatti, Anjukulipatti Post, East Taluk, Dindigul District.

The third respondent herein is hereby directed to appear in person or by and Advocate before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai at 10.30 a.m on Wednesday, The ninth day of June, Two Thousand and twenty one to show cause why this petition should not be complied with.
