ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 12.03.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 12.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 19.03.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
