O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2016 and file a final report, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by one M.P.Kanagaraj against the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the District Crime Branch, Theni. As a counter blast, this petitioner has given the present complaint dated 21.03.2016, against the said Kanagaraj to the second respondent. On a reading of the complaint dated 21.03.2016, it is alleged by the petitioner that the said Kanagaraj has borrowed Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees five lakhs only) and has not return the amount. The petitioner has also stated that the said Kanagaraj abused her, when she asked for return of the money. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
