This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case as against the respondent Nos.4 to 9 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.04.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 23.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 9 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
