The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred against the order passed by the Tahsildar, Thirupparangundram dated 18.09.2014, whereby the petitioner's request for transfer of patta has been rejected. 2.It is stated that such appeal is still pending before the second respondent, even though the same came to be preferred in the month of October, 2014 itself. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised in the writ petition with regard to the claim made by the petitioner in respect of the above said patta proceedings, I only direct the second respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
