ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2016 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 01.02.2016, essentially appears to be a money dispute and in order to give criminal colour, a complaint has been lodged that the petitioner was assaulted by the opposite party. The petitioner has not even enclosed the Accident Register copy. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/ Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
