ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would state against the interim order granted in these writ petitions, writ appeals were filed. When the writ appeals were taken up for hearing before the Hon'ble Division Bench, the learned counsel for the petitioners represented before the Hon'ble Division Bench that he would withdraw these writ petitions. Hence, these writ petitions were listed under the caption "for withdrawal" today. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners has circulated a letter dated 29.05.2021, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions.

3. In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
