O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members to protect their life and limb from the third respondent and their associates on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 22.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had given complaint dated 22.02.2016 and thereafter he has given another complaint dated 04.03.2016, which was enquired into and the same has been closed on 07.04.2016 on the ground that this petitioner and the third respondent had agreed to amicably settle their boundary dispute.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the civil Court if still he is in dispute.
