It is seen that the appeal was earlier dismissed for default on 18.08.2017 and the same was restored to file on 13.10.2020. When the matter was called on 05.04.2024, there was no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. It is therefore clear that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
