ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the FIR in Crime No.06 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same against these petitioners/A2 and A3.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2019 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunaar as further action dropped.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
