Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case in accordance with law based on the complaint dated 26.02.2016 made by the petitioner into investigation and register the same in accordance with law and file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.02.2016 and file a final report, in accordance with law, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 26.02.2016, it is seen that this petitioner has obtained financial loan from the opposite party/third respondent herein and though the petitioner made full payment for the loan, the opposite party is threatening to seize his vehicle and the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
