Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to complete the enquiry proceedings initiated in Na.Ka.R.1/15779/19 dated 09.12.2019 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2019 and 04.10.2019 against the respondents No.3 and 4 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.All that the petitioner seeks is conclusion of the petition mentioned enquiry proceedings. It is seen that complaint was given last year in the months of July and October, 2019. The first respondent had also initiated proceedings on 09.12.2019, but till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8841 of 2020 date, the enquiry proceedings have not got concluded. Therefore, the petitioner has moved this Court. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Merely because this Court has given a direction for expediting the enquiry that does not in any way cast any reflection of the guilt or otherwise of the delinquent concerned. The learned Government Advocate states that the enquiry proceedings will be concluded within a period of twelve weeks.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
