When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime NO.169 of 2015 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, on 28.12.2015 and the same has not yet been taken on file.
