O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that she borrowed a sum of Rs.16,000/-, from the accused person. But, however, she repaid nearly about Rs.30,000/-. While so, the proposed accused person threatened the petitioner and demanded more money and used abusive language. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 02.02.2016, which is still pending with the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed, as the matter is civil in nature and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post and yet, a fresh copy will also be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
