PRAYER :- For bail in Crime No. 1012 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to the Judicial custody on 22.09.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii) (C), 29(1), 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.1012 of 2021 seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported 176 kgs of Kanja by usning his vehicle. Hence, the present complaint lodged against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was in judicial custody from 22.09.2021. Hence, he prays for grant bail to the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.6986 of 2021 further submit that there are 11 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehementaly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts that there is eleven previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant of bail to the petitioner.
