ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the seventh respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 9 to 12 to set right the sewage water out let set up make the lane and public pathway clean under the Panchayat Act 1994 and directing the 8th respondent to remove the parked vehicle.

2.When the matter had come up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 8 has produced a copy of the order passed by the Commissioner, Madurai Corporation, in which it is stated that there is a proposal to put up the underground sewage system in 15 Wards, which includes the Ward in which the petitioner's property is situate. 3/6

3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
