shelter opposite to the already existing bus shelter at the place of no divider on the road which has no traffic jam. For Petitioner :

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has instruction to state that the proposal to put up the bus shelter in the dispute site has been dropped. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
2. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. However, in the event of revival of the proposal, liberty is given to the petitioner to revive this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
