This Writ Petition is filed for mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that pursuant to the representation dated 30.05.2022 submitted by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by issuing notice to both sides and a final order dated 14.03.2026 has already been passed. A copy thereof is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as to this Court.

3. Therefore, in view of the same, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to take steps in the manner known to law as against the order dated 14.03.2026 passed by the second respondent or to approach the civil court as mentioned in the said order, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
